My Story

My journey with technology started with a simple goal: to understand how things work. It began with repairing Dell PCs and grew into a passion for architecting large-scale solutions. I've deployed Dell systems in the mountains for critical government missions and designed the high-speed networks that power today's AI. For me, this isn't just a job; it's the continuation of a lifelong mission to use technology to solve hard problems.

Selected Case Study

Financial Services — Network Latency Remediation

A global financial client experienced sustained latency that degraded trading and analytics workflows. I led the strategy end-to-end, orchestrating discovery across network, compute, and app teams to isolate root causes.

Problem

Legacy, inefficient paths and saturated ports added avoidable hops and queuing delay.

Approach

Mapped flows, baselined latency, and produced a clean reference architecture; drove director-level alignment and a governed change plan.

Role

Strategy lead & technical owner — facilitated teams, authored design, and oversaw cutover.

Consolidated routes and removed redundant hops; standardized uplinks; right-sized port channels. Partnered with the client and OEMs, applying core Dell stacks across transport through application layers to streamline data paths.

Delivered an executive-ready deck quantifying latency impact and ROI, aligning stakeholders on the remediation plan.

Outcome

  • 15% end-to-end latency reduction
  • $200,000 annual savings
  • Director-level buy-in and cross-team adoption

My Approach as a TAM

I believe a great TAM wears three hats: The Architect, The Co-Pilot, and The Guardian.

The Architect

I design future-proof solutions for complex workloads like AI and HPC, ensuring clients are building for what's next, not just what's now.

The Co-Pilot

I work hand-in-hand with sales and account teams, providing the deep technical credibility for SOWs and the strategic vision needed to win complex deals—and then keep them healthy.

The Guardian

I own the stability of my clients' live environments. I proactively hunt for problems before they start and am the trusted point of contact when they need help.

Business & Sales Acumen

While my focus is technical, I have a strong foundation in business and full-cycle sales experience, which helps me align technical solutions with financial outcomes.

  • Proven ability to architect and support multi-million dollar deals for enterprise and government clients.
  • Skilled in creating high-impact one-pagers and technical briefs that translate complex solutions into clear business value for C-level executives.
